attempt on July 2nd.

in a rather extensive attempt to intimidate a citizen with NO CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS of any kind !!
-These incidents
involving this particular squad car's county officer and "his buddies" repeatedly took place at Starbucks in Gaithersburg
