ON December 12Th, 2001 - Members
of the Montgomery County Maryland police force invaded with NO SEARCH WARRANT the residence of William and Antoinette Kolling.
Again - with NO SEARCH WARRANT IN HAND these above the law police officers, proceeded to ransack and destroy the Kolling home.
Again, with NO SEARCH WARRANT presented to Antoinette Kolling when she answered the door to their demands to open it, these
above the law police officers showing NO RESPECT for our GOD given CONSTITUTION and its precious BILL OF RIGHTS proceeded
to treat their home as though it was a "crack house".
-An hour to an hour and a half later, another police officer
finally showed up to the residence on Woodcrest drive with a "faulty" search warrant. The 1st cop illegally in the home threw
it on a table and arrogantly said to Antoinette Kolling "there is your search warrant." You see, he handled it this way because
with armed police detectives already in her home WITH NO SEARCH WARRANT, Mrs. Kolling demanded to see a search warrant and
was told by the 1st cop ILLEGALLY in her home "don't worry, it will be signed."
-More details of this abomination of
procedure and BLATANT DISRESPECT FOR THE BILL OF RIGHTS will be forthcoming. Business cards of those responsible for the home
invasion and their captain that supervised them will be disclosed.

-For the record, when the "faulty" warrant eventually made its way to the Kolling residence, it was for "evidence
of marijuana distribution". >>>>of which - NO EVIDENCE - NOTHING - NOT A SEED was found !!!!!!!!!

-THE DYNAMITE INCIDENT.
-On
the day of the armed home invasion, SERGEANT FRED J. FUHS -The first police officer in the door with NO SEARCH WARRANT, is
also guilty of what can only be described as "one of the most despicable acts ever perpetrated against a citizen by law enforcement"
>>THE MENTAL TORTURE OF Mr. and Mrs. Kolling.
-With no shame or consideration for the truth, SERGEANT FRED J FUHS told
the Kollings "their son Brian had brought enough dynamite into their home to not only blow up their(the Kollings) house, but
also the houses on both sides of them leaving a 50 foot crater".
-Imagine the horror and the fright bestowed upon Mr.
and Mrs. Kolling at the very insinuation of this perverse lie !
-Then, when SERGEANT FRED J FUHS left at the end of
the day..... he never told Mr. and Mrs. Kolling that he was mistaken.
-Until Brian was able to come home and inform
his parents of the truth - for 30 days and sleepless nights, this horrible lie made them ILL !
----------NOW let me
set the record straight. There was never at any time, any dynamite brought into or stored at my parents home >>> NEVER ! The
only things even remotely similar in appearance were: 1-a couple of German military road flares. 2-a single smoke cartridge.(this
had government identification numbers on the outside container so it could have been easily identified for what is was with
just one phone call).
-Please remember, IT WAS COMMON KNOWLEDGE THAT I HAD A MILITARIA COLLECTION !!!
-No dynamite
- not even close. Not in appearance, not in color or in any other way !!! One would have to be STUPID or have an ULTERIOR
MOTIVE to say either was dynamite !
-This police officer goes and calls THE BOMB SQUAD to the house resulting in the
media-(all outlets-print, TV etc.)
converging on Woodcrest drive fearing obviously THE WORST.
-When SERGEANT FRED
J FUHS along with everyone else left the home for the day, HE NEVER TOLD MR. AND MRS. KOLLING HE WAS MISTAKEN - HE NEVER
TOLD THEM THERE WAS NO DYNAMITE IN THEIR HOME.

When a Maryland State Trooper
becomes entrusted with his or her duties, they swear to an oath to become empowered. This is an oath of integrity.

Probably the most important thing they swear to is>>> "to serve honestly and faithfully to uphold and defend the constitution
of the United States of America".
-Well Trooper ROGER SNYDER -of the Maryland State Police - just exactly how does
it feel knowing you violated your oath ?????
-How does it feel to have been misled by the "above the law" police in
Montgomery county ?? - Or were you aware that Rogue cops from Montgomery County had invaded the Kollings residence WITH NO
SEARCH WARRANT thus making you a willing participant ??????????????

in our (THE KOLLING FAMILY) possession >> Official Tennessee State documentation IMPLICATING you - TROOPER ROGER SNYDER OF
the Maryland State Police with providing FALSE INFORMATION to the District Attorney Generals Office in Nashville. This FALSE
INFORMATION was then used in official Tennessee State Documentation and elsewhere.
- The absolute LIES perpetrated
by you TROOPER ROGER SNYDER and at least ONE OTHER Maryland State Trooper (HAVE THIS IN BLACK AND WHITE ALSO) were given
to the same district attorney general's office in Nashville and used AGAINST me BRIAN KOLLING in writing. Also other FALSE
INFORMATION OF A SLANDEROUS NATURE was given to the authorities in Nashville to be used against me in THEIR ILLEGAL AND IMMORAL
DESECRATION OF MY CHARACTER - ALL OF WHICH WAS NOT TRUE !!!!
