Example of Mentoring:
I have been a member and past president of
the Montgomery County Inn of Court since its founding in 1988. The Inn teaches new lawyers how to practice law with integrity,
civility, professionalism and excellence. Each year I work with a pupilage group of newly admitted attorneys, providing them
with practical skills and judicial guidance. Each year, enduring relationships develop that allow me to continue the mentoring
process of young attorneys as new careers are begun.

Accomplishment:
Aside from becoming administrative judge and vice chair of the hospital board, as an avid golfer,
I am personally proud to have shot 82 on two occasions. It took a lot of effort, coming to the game as an adult, to achieve
that level of skill, and it’s fleeting.
