-POLICE CONFISCATING AND THEN DESTROYING, SELLING AND KEEPING WHAT THEY WANT FOR PERSONAL GAIN FROM CITIZENS PERSONAL
PROPERTY.

Montgomery County cops,[though nothing of and pertaining to the "FAULTY" search warrant had been found]
, they (the above the law cops) took personal property from the Kolling home into their possession. Proper protocol - if it
were followed - would have had these police officers to properly store the confiscated items.
-Let's look here
at just one thing they(the above the law police from Montgomery County, Maryland)did with our personal property.

from the Kolling home was an ammo collection. Some of this ammo was for self defense and some of it was for basic sport and
practice shooting. HOWEVER - a lot of the ammo was part of a recognized collection that was accumulated over several decades.
In some instances this ammo had been referred to as "A MUSEUM QUALITY" type collection.
-The police are
LIARS if they deny the fact they knew i collected ammo as well as guns. This official documentation is posted on the MORE

decided to excercise a little gum shoe on my own and found out what happened to our personal property - the ammo. According
to Steve Schneider(owner of Atlantic Guns) the ammo was taken to his store in Rockville for storage immediately after being
confiscated. By the time i figured out what had happened to the ammo, and being legally able to take possession of this ammo
once again, i asked Steve to return it to me. He told me he could not do that. When i asked him why he could not do that,
he told me>>>the ammo was re confiscated back to the police and it (our ammo) was -some of it>destroyed - some
of it> sold and the money kept - and the rest> was used by some of the cops for their own target practice.
-This being a complete abomination of decency and an annihilation of proper procedure, i asked who in the police re confiscated
the ammo to do this? I was told AARON BAILEY of FIREARMS TASK FORCE.
-This is the same police officer that tried to entrap
me.

-IT'S LEADERSHIP AND COMMAND STRUCTURE THAT BELIEVE IT IS OK TO HURT SOMEONE DIS-HONESTLY.
-OTHERS NOT MEN AND WOMEN ENOUGH TO ADMIT MISTAKES WERE MADE.
-THESE SAME INDIVIDUALS (TASK FORCE) WHO BELIEVE
IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO DESTROY SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE TO COVER THEIR MISTAKE'S AND THINKING IT IS OK TO DO SO TO FURTHER ONES CAREER.
